Adaptavate raises £2.7M Pre-Series A to industrialise low-carbon construction materials

Adaptavate specialises in developing and industrialising low-carbon and carbon-negative construction materials, including its flagship Breathaboard and a range of high-performance plasters under the Breathaplasta family.

The company raised £2.7M in a Pre-Series A round, led by Undivided Ventures and supported by Skreenhouse Ventures by SigmaRoc.

What are their plans for the money?

Adaptavate plans to use the funds to build Project Crystal, an industrial demonstrator facility that will accelerate the global adoption of its low-carbon technologies and establish a robust supply chain for calcium carbonate-based wallboards.
